Six small fake pearls are scattered among a multitude of tiny gold leaves filled with even tinier clear rhinestones. 18 altogether, I think. They sparkle with every move! It all trails in a cluster from a black enameled bow at the top. Measure about 1 3/4" x 1 3/4". It is marked on the back with MC or MCT. It is too tiny for me to tell. I had to use a glass to even find it.
